High-density polyurethane production is obtained by the reaction of different raw materials after mixing. Features of the product such as hardness, color and coating vary according to the customer’s request.
High Density PU
The product variety is high due to the characteristics of the raw materials used and the high technology of the machines. As the product color, the customer’s request is acted upon and any color product can be produced. Products such as insole, medical products, motorcycle protective equipment, mousepads, wristbands are produced with high-density polyurethane material, and these products may have different features for each model. In addition, the products do not have any irritating odors. The high density of the products provides comfort and convenience throughout the day in the standing and other areas of use and allows long-term use.
It can work in integration with high density raw materials, TPU and Gel raw materials. These raw materials add new features to the product.
After the production of the products, the loading of the above-mentioned raw materials into the tanks of the machine separately, the transmission of the loaded raw material to the mixer section of the machine by means of pumps, and making the necessary adjustments, the raw materials are mixed and the mold is cast. After the molding process at a certain time and temperature, the product that completes its reaction is removed from the mold.
